    I thought they were gonna be magicians. Major fanboy anticipation. Not ready to write them off yet but to date I’m not overly impressed. I just wonder how badly Rogers ties their hands.

    That trade sucked but it would take a lot more than Thor’s hammer to rebuild this team. On the other hand AA did go all I’m on Vlad Jr signing and we are lucky to have him.

    pet peeves: we can’t f***ing hit. Sanchez sucks as a starter.

    It’s only about watching Vlad, Lourdes, Rowdy and Biggio etc for me. The supporting cast save Giles and Smoak and mostly Stroman has been pretty tough to watch.

    I take a lot of issue with Buntoya but this ^. Giles has been just filthy.

    Loved it! Moving Joe B back to the pen was such a good move for this team. He has been solid.

    Lol. As I said before no that’s not the case. He has been an above average bat at his position for his career. Pillar NEVER was. 106 > 84. What value Pillar had came all from D peaking in 2015. 250 PAs this year Grichuk in Pillar territory. I still think getting rid of Pillar made sense. I just hope Grichuk turns it around 2nd half.

    Yup. I do love your optimism. Sometimes though they just suck all year. I hope he doesn’t. He is basically Pillar right now offensively with a little more pop.

    Not really. His career is 106. He has got some work to do. Spanky as always is the optimist along with the FO.

    Grichuk rockin an 81 wRC+ in 250 PAs.

    He is amazing. Such a awesome talent on O and D. Does it all.

    Jansen hasn’t looked good at the plate at all, but they need to give him a season imo. We will be lucky to win 70 games. There is nothing to lose in seeing what he is. He hit some balls hard early on with no luck, and I thought he would break out some more. He hasn’t. Got to be patient.

    Flipping back and forth with Bruins game. Another tough start for Jays. Times is hard.

    For sure. Been lit 🔥 up hard last two starts. He had a nice career. Time for team #15 or the rocking chair.

    My Bruins shook off the rust to finish that game strong. Bud of mine had was given a video at the bar he owned in Calgary - Miika Kiprusoff doing blow with the staff during the Flames Finals Cup run in 2004. Luckily social media wasn't as prevalent then and my buddy isn't a dick.
