Issue is a loss for all of us is still a win for them when we are chasing late in season We aren’t going to win all our remaining games obviously but this one stung against the Os with Ray starting. Buntoyo is an idiot.

Mullins, Mountcastle, Mancini AKA 3M have hurt us this season. Got to keep them in check Robbie. Not the start we wanted.

Smith probably has more upside offensive potential, and a lot more reps at 3B. Anyway its a wash and not that material. Lamb? Smith? Smith is gone and I just can't stomach Valera. So...Orioles are Lambs to Jake's slaughter.

Sure, but he has pretty bad since 2017. and even before that he wasn't great. He hasn't played much 3B and we are in a tight race. Prefer another time for resurrection projects.

Yup. I saw a lot that was good in Pearson last night. Sanchez hit a decent pitch in off the plate. Tip your cap. I don't know if Pearson was tipping or not but Voit looked like he was sitting on a breaking ball and he hung it badly. Saw good V and 101 away on the black. All in all was promising. I'd throw him right back out there.

Lets go Jays! Dyson and Lamb hmm...at least plus D and hopefully he can drag bunt or BB his way on. Lamb, not sure what he offers yet. He hasn't hit yet, but I prefer Smith at 3B for us, even against RHP. (Well...I guess he is gone)

What a run. They need to keep the focus vs O's. Its been intense. After 2 got on against Mayza last night my wife walks in TV room and starts bugging me about why I ate all the brownies out of the coffee Haagen Dazs ice cream. I totally snapped on her and told her to get out....its an important part of the game. I'm groveling a tad this am. It is only Sept. 10! lol. Have to head to TOR from Cal to take 3 guys out to game on some business vs NYY Sept 28th. Will be my first in person game in a long time. Really hope we wrap up a spot by then or at least that the game is meaningful. OTOH I do not want to be anywhere f***ing near casual fans if the game matters, and I am focused on it. -

Decent outing for Nate. Build on it. Love that 101 away to finish Gio. Berrios solid start. Some of our situational hitting drives me nuts with runners on but never in my wildest expectations did I think we would take all 4 in NY. Great W!!

This has been one frustrating season but man this is fun now. Agree on Berrios. Games like tonight are why they paid the price they did. I'm confident he is going to shove.

Well since another Canadian just joined the HOF to join Fergie finally, and congratulations Larry, I think its important to again point out that Canuck Russell Martin has more career WAR than new HOF Catcher Ted Simmons. I'm sure WAR maybe isn't a great comparison for this position but its astonishing to me how much more credit these other players get than Martin for their careers. It was a disgrace how long they took to vote in Walker. Jeter and other inductees get the stupid parks in NY and BOS(think Jim Rice) and all anyone blabbed about was Coors when it came to Walker.

No issues with Dickerson. Been a solid pick up. But there is no defensible rationale in my view for giving potentially more at bats to him than other better hitters we have. He should not be leading off.

Im good with this move. Play for today. Use Romano. If he can't go tomorrow and you need Pearson try him. Use your best to try and nail 3/4 for sure tonight.
