    Ya, I just couldn't choke down watching the highlights of the Yanks or BoSox games on Sunday. Flipped channel any time they came on. Can't listen to pods etc. My bitterness over not making the post season (still feels surreal to me) is only surpassed by my anticipation for tonight's game. Must watch TV. Makes you realize again how special that was in 2016 when Edwin mashed that ball out of Rogers Centre vs the O's.(Thanks Buck)

    Love to see the Brewers do it. Pulling for them. As the sting slowly wears off of this season, I'm really looking forward to the playoffs. Nothing better than MLB playoffs.

    Issue is nobody gives a s*** when we intend to genuinely contend in the AL East. Our comp are perennial contenders. Jays had a great chance to contend this year and we didn't seize it. The whole "if only we had the magic pixie dust of the Rogers Center all year" is the primary excuse now. I think the FO made a lot of moves to be in contention for 21, Matz, Semien, Yates, Ray were short term moves. Comparatively, we were healthy. Lets hope none of our core Cody Bellingers because a lot of people are banking that every year players just put up better stats. If Vlad gets back into Grandmas cooking in the off season all bets are off. A pen bolstered earlier, an impact LHH (could settle for Dickerson) and a decent Mgr and we are at least playing at home tomorrow.

    100%. We were bleeding out of the eyeballs for weeks before they started to nibble to improve it. You can also question reliance on some of the lower cost risk signings for the pen they made. Was anyone surprised Yates and Merryweather got hurt? We stuck with Dolis so long and he was abysmal this year. We had Phelps and some other injuries sure. But other teams in our division also had pen injuries. That’s on the FO.

    Absolutely f***ing right. I’m gonna snap if I get anymore “we’ll at least they fought back at the end of the season to get close” texts from buds.

    Came down to a horrible pen and manager. I’m pissed. Unicorn seasons from Manoah, Ray, Semien and Matz and our core almost healthy for 162. Except Springer, but we had no Acuna Jr injuries. This division won’t make it any easier and Cody Bellinger will tell you players don’t automatically improve every year. Ya 91 wins is nice but whatever. Its an honourable mention ribbon. FO better get its s*** together. Start by canning Bongo dufus.

    There are so many. The pen blew a lot and we didn’t have much luck in close games. Sure we pulled out a few we probably shouldn’t have. But not many. It’s just math that every W matters no matter where it is in the season. Can’t be pissed away.

    Don’t kill my buzz. Have grown to dislike Ryu starts immensely. You could tell against the Yanks Tuesday night he wasn’t going to last long. Deep counts. Command off and couldn’t finish. The RHH bats on the Orioles might feast.

    Really hope Teo, Springer, Vlad find it more today. They have been off. Bottom of the order stepped up huge yesterday. Keep it rolling boys!

    This is all just so f***ing stressful. Chew 2 aspirin every 4 hours just to prevent heart attack. How did we end up being in this predicament??!!

    Im with ya on that Spank....13.7% chance we ain't done yet. Better odds than Jim Carey had in Dumb and Dumber. Can't lie though. Tuesday sucked donkey ass and last night was worse.
