  1. Yeah his 121 wRC+ really screams average hitter, as do his 133 wRC+ projections. Man I really wish our average hitters could hit for a 120 wRC+ in a down year and still project as one of the best in baseball, our offense would be astronomical!
  2. It shouldn't be very surprising that a starter whose average velo is 91 can easily sit mid-90s in a one batter relief appearance.
  3. Yeah great managers always ask their sluggers to lay down bunts in critical game situations, what the f*** was I thinking. Do you even read your own messages before you post them? Do you realize how ridiculous you sound right now?
  4. For not asking Jose f***ing Bautista to bunt? Get a f***ing hold of yourself man and stop saying reactionary ********. Jesus Christ, have a shred of common sense for once.
  5. Did you notice how long that ball stayed up in the air for? Bautista had to have stopped between first and second, there's no excuse for him not scoring easily there.
  6. Where the f*** was Bautista when the ball was in the air? Did he go halfway? Holy f***ing Christ that was terrible baserunning. Bautista should have been rounding third at the least when JBJr caught the ball off the wall.
  7. Pedroia is so damn good. Such an annoying opponent to face.
  8. Yes because the New York Yankees and their "no facial hair past a moustache" policy are the pillars of free speech and self-expression. What a stupid article.
  9. Can a poster be removed of the privilege of creating threads? If yes, gbill should be one of those people.
  10. Yeah I don't know who exactly King is referring to, but Navarro doesn't project for a 98 wRC+, but rather 78 wRC+. That's a terrible hitter and should only ever be pinch-hitting for the pitcher or I guess Ryan Goins/Josh Thole.
  11. I feel like some team will overpay for Trumbo after the season he's having. He's a total butcher on defense, much like Saunders, but I'm assuming the former will get some good money to play 1B/DH for some team.
  12. Today I learned that Asdrubal Cabrera is not in fact 35+ years old. That guy's been around for a while.
  13. He's a career 114 wRC+ hitter vs lefties and 108 vs righties. Shut up Jonn
  14. Christ Grilli.
  15. Beautiful 3-2 pitch.
  16. Tulowitzki made that look like a routine 6-3 with Billy Butler running. That's not supposed to happen. That was a tough play.
  17. The two to Davis is probably the most believable part of that statement lol.
  18. He hasn't showed up yet but yes, he has lines. His role isn't a small one as far as I'm aware.
  19. The most important homerun in the last 20 years happened while the roof was closed. I'd be just fine with it.
  20. Nice season bud, many of us don't know how you did it, but you got this far and that deserves some praise.
  21. Silvergun's team is absolutely stacked. This is one very well deserved championship.
  22. Thanks bro, but you have to give credit where credit is due. King was fully on top of the minors, made all key streams in the playoffs, and added some intriguing players from the wire along the year, as well as keeping up with trade talks. Good job King, we made it buddy!
  23. I think we should be good as long as Stephen Piscotty doesn't hit 4 homers and add a stolen base in the process, and/or Travis Wood doesn't make a relief appearance where he strikes out 11 and gets the win.
  24. Having him face Sanchez, or rather not choosing to IBB him, is probably the best decision that Gibbons made all game long.
