  1. You just gotta love how the Yankees complain about every single f***ing thing.
  2. If he at least had average or ideally plus command then he might be able to squeeze in as an okay 5th man or Sam Gaviglio type, but if you have no swing and miss stuff and combine it with mediocre command you're gonna have a bad time.
  3. lol nice hustle McKinney but you almost made that way worse.
  4. Fantrax has gotten substantially better since you last used it, FWIW. It's clearly superior to Yahoo at this point.
  5. Certainly doesn't solve the no minor league rosters problem though, which is far more important.
  6. Maybe the Yankees had a point after all with their shaving policy, to avoid atrocities like this.
  7. The hitting profiles are nothing alike. Sano is an extreme three true outcomes guy while Vlad makes far more contact.
  8. I'm taking Justice Winslow, who for some reason is PF only.
  9. Welcome back Gurriel! Really surprised the LF didn't throw to second with LGJ probably not running 100% due to his injury. In fact, on the replay you can see he was literally light jogging, egregious mistake to throw to third there.
  10. Jusuf Nurkic. Boxy up.
  11. Dinger picked Jarrett Allen, Abom is up.
  12. Don't mind King, although I strongly agree that not making the move to Fantrax because half the league is old and afraid of change is f***ing stupid.
  13. I'm taking Jonathan Isaac.
  14. I did not expect that in 2019 I would be warming up to longtime greaseball Clay Buchholz, but here we are.
  15. The volatility of relievers never ceases to amaze. Liam Hendriks was a good reliever from 2015-2017, then he was mediocre in 2018, and in 2019 his average fastball velocity jumped by 1 mph so that he's routinely hitting 98-100. Now he's the most valuable reliever in baseball having pitched over 78 innings this season providing nearly 3.5 WAR. Fascinating.
  16. Lol @ the Urshela one. One of the worst players in baseball was given away and randomly turned into a star, if you can find one person criticizing that move at the time I'll be very impressed. The Happ deal was bad, sure. The Donaldson situation was botched but didn't help that he was injured the entire year. Pillar is whatever dude lol, nice player who wasn't going to be a part of the team going forward.
  17. So we should be acquiring Ryan Goins types yes?
  18. I too, find 20 year olds who have a 110 wRC+ boring.
  19. I'd be pretty scared of a guy the Hornets were willing to overpay for while basically outbidding themselves.
  20. Darvish gives up a leadoff "triple" in the 6th - really a double and a hilarious botch job in the outfield from Castellanos - and then proceeds to strike out the next three hitters in order. 14 strikeouts through 6. His stuff is unhittable.
  21. I'm surprised he lasted this far with a lot of people in this league not being hardcore fans and the Raps having just won. Solid pick, with Lowry gaining in age and his reoccurring injuries VanVleet's minutes can only go up.
  22. Darvish has 11 Ks through 5 innings. His second half resurgence has been nothing short of spectacular.
