  1. Anibal Sanchez is no-hitting the Cards lol. Also the Howie Kendrick redemption arc is in full force. Discuss.
  2. This is hilarious lol, although I'm sure the homeowners would see it differently. It's amazing what the inebriated mind will come up with. Can't open the door to my house? Better crawl through the doggy door, which I'm pretty sure I don't have.
  3. AJ Pierzynski is such a blowhard. Shut the f*** up man, no one wants to listen to your rambling.
  4. Yeah, and their pitchers are still good enough for that to not be a huge issue. These Rays relievers routinely went 2 innings in the regular season, this would affect a team that has a bunch of specialists far more. The Rays are exploiting the current rules for their advantage, and they're not the only team that optimizes matchups by making a bunch of pitching changes. Sure, Chaz Roe might become far less valuable, so they'll just replace him with some other gas thrower.
  5. The Astros are so good, I hope they crush the Yankees in the ALCS.
  6. Michael Brantley once again dunking on the Indians for not re-signing him to a moderate deal.
  7. Oh no, what ever will they do being forced to throw out Diego Castillo, Poche, Alvarado, Pagan, Nick Anderson, or any other excellent reliever that they conjure up from thin air against three batters? The Rays are definitely the pitching staff that will be most affected by this change.
  8. I don't think it's that crazy to bring Drury back, but not at his projected arb raise. The org can both still believe that there's more to Drury than what he's shown and that with his performance over the past two seasons doesn't warrant a $2.5M contract. I'd be fine with a deal in the $1-1.5M range or a minor league deal which turns into the same value if he gets called up during the season.
  9. This was AJ Pollock's 11th strikeout in 14 PAs. Yikes.
  10. Holy. f***. Howie Kendrick redeeming himself for his awful play on the field this series.
  11. Anthony Rendon, Gerrit Cole and Strasburg having excellent postseasons. Scott Boras must be snorting lines of money at this point.
  12. Will Smith cannot catch a break lol.
  13. Because Juan Soto exists.
  14. Well that's not gonna help the Kershaw postseason choker narrative.
  15. The management in this series was atrocious. Why was Flaherty allowed to throw 104 pitches? Just awful.
  16. The Rays are so exciting. I wish we could have gotten 7 games of this instead of 5, really wish either of these teams went against the Yankees instead of the embarrassment that was the Twins so they could face off in the ALCS.
  17. What a game that was. The Cardinals have to be feeling good with Flaherty likely being the game 5 starter.
  18. Yadier Molina with a bloop hit just over the glove of Freeman to tie the game, classic Cards.
  19. It's a good thing Hech is a terrible hitter with no power because just about anyone else there and that's 6 rows deep.
  20. The Trop seems pretty loud to me.
  21. I've realized I have no eligible 3B, and it'd probably be nice to have one, ideally good. Everyone is available.
  22. Morton's curveball is a joke. Disgusting.
  23. The Rays are all over the Astros' pitching.
  24. Holy f*** what is Howie Kendrick doing? He's been awful.
