    Jays have had one of the better systems down there since the 80s, it's been a real boon to the team.

    Shouldn't we have had like 50 MiLB signings by now? This off season has seemed very slow for the Jays in that regard.

    Luhnow would be a lot more credible if he just said "ha ha, yeah, you caught me" rather than this ******** ridiculousness. It's the Trump defence, "Sure I committed a crime, but I didn't specifically say 'I am committing a crime right now' while I did it, so it doesn't count!"

    Ex isn't horrid, and if it's available I might get it. MGD is putrid, I'm not sure I've ever had Sam Adams (nor would I want to...). For drinking at home, I drink either Laker Red (I like it more than Rickard's Red and it's about as cheap a beer as you can get) or Beau's Lugtread (my absolute favourite beer, but with the amount I drink, it's more of a treat than an every day beer...) The only Mexican beer (at least the only one I've ever had) that doesn't suck hard is Dos Equis. Corona and Sol are f***ing gross.

    Of course it is, it's pure corporate marketing, but it has beneficial side-effects.

    There are already way too many inter-league games IMO, so the split pretty much IS meaningless. At least this will make inter-league suck less.

    Wait, which side is AGAINST the DH? The MLBPA gets more people jobs and the owners don't have to worry about their pitchers getting injured on the bases? It's absolutely win/win.

    I've seen it a few times already, but when did the rule that you can't be traded until a year after your draft signing go away, and what did that rule change to?

    I'd have to think the Jays say no to that, can't see them moving Jansen really, unless they're much higher on Reese than they should be.

    True, I was selfishly referring to our friends and family. I didn't even think to set up a BJMB poll to check what you all think about my love life... I know Spanky likes her, but that's about it. I'm hanging my head in shame guys, if you don't approve, I'mma have to call off the wedding!

    Every woman I've ever slept with has been an acceptable age, or I wouldn't have slept with them. My fiance is 12 years my junior, and that bothers exactly nobody.

    I spent my 20s in a touring rock band. Knowing the age of consent wherever I was playing was absolutely paramount.
