  1. That's true. I'd imagine it was the combination of a few things, but reading a few articles in the past on how much he worked, it wouldn't surprise me if his kids had something to do with it. That's all.
  2. The man has 2 (I believe) young kids and was probably working an ungodly amount of time. Maybe the hiring of a new president was his perfect opportunity to leave his job and maybe find something a little more family friendly.
  3. I'd be fine with Thole as our backup catcher. Our offense is great that we don't really need too much production from a catcher.
  4. Name one franchise that has 50 prospects that the last 20 aren't "borderline 25th man" potential.
  5. That is complete bull. If you're a good, well run franchise (Cardinals) you top out at 25/30 at most. I think the AA tenure was pretty good in the draft/signage department.
  6. Is the mail room hiring? Wouldn't even need to uproot his family.
  7. Or he could donate it to Tampa. I'm sure there will be at least 35 guys in need of uniforms come next year and who knows if Tampa has the money to buy them.
  8. I disagree. All religions are cults by http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/cult?s=t definition. It seems that the only difference is if the cult has beliefs that are shared by a lot of people or just a few.
  9. All religions are cult. A cult becomes a religion when there are enough followers to make a distinction.
  10. Also, since these crazies made the internetz on this subject I'd like to link to http://www.plantingpeace.org/equality/ because it is something that is important to those who are marginalized
  11. These people are kinda crazy. As one of their protestable, these people hate pretty much everything.
  12. I'm from Murica and I think these people are 'tarded too. ALL LIVES MATTER!
  13. I feel like Amaro is the Hitler of GMs. You mention him and everyone is in agreement that he's just horrible.
  14. Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooobz
  15. Too many or not enough?
  16. Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
  17. I meant I feel as though Seattle and Philly would give him more money.
  18. They probably would give a better offer but unless they blow him out of the water I doubt he goes anywhere.
  19. Pillar has adapted at every level he's played. Hopefully he learns to recognize pitches that are out of the zone and lays off pitches that are not strikes
  20. My brother has been trying to get me into scotch and I just don't like it. It's too mossy/earthy for me. I prefer Bourbon. Evan Williams is a great value bourbon.
  21. When I can tune in I usually pour myself a whiskey neat and watch as much of the game as I can even though I have to wake up early.
  22. Both generally split in opposite directions. A platoon is what would make them both better.
