  1. The end of the Wang Dynasty
  2. I wouldn't be surprised if it were someone else. In fact I'm kind of leaning toward that being more likely than he stays.
  3. Now that they have Arod and Granderson and Soriano I don't know if they're bad. But they're not particularly good (especially if Kuroda's hitting a wall).
  4. Outside of their record against Toronto, they're 56-58 with a run differential I think in the -20s
  5. Baltimore scores 6 in the inning, leading 6-3
  6. d'Arnaud up to 6 walks
  7. Yeah, too bad. Someday maybe something will go right for the Yankees. They keep chuggin' along, the little team that could.
  8. JPA: 16 walks TDA: 5 walks I think d'Arnaud passes JP in mid-September
  9. You'd think he could get more than that.
  10. Yeah but do either of them of two grand slams this year? Henry Blanco is better than both!
  11. Never was there a tale of more woe, than Ricky Romero-o
  12. He looks much better than before. He looked lost at the plate for large stretches of the last season and a half, so hopefully this continues.
  13. I love Janssen. But as I said before, I think the odds are high that in a couple of years (or less) we'll be saying, damn, shoulda traded him in 2012 or 2013.
  14. I don't see how having a hitters park necessarily favours any side. Fenway is a great park to hit in, and Boston dominates at home most years.
