  1. 7 of the ChiSox's relievers were used yesterday and they are currently scheduled to use two bullpen days in this 3 game set. Jays need to sweep these bums.
  2. Check out the Yankees July schedule
  3. I remember the story on Chris Archer was that the results don't match the peripherals because he was only a 2-pitch starter. I wonder if the inverse is true with Berrios since he has 4 pitches that he throws regularly and a 5th pitch that he'll mix in occasionally. Or it could be that he is simply benefitting from our elite defense. In each of the past 3 years he is beating his peripherals and that seems to coincide with when the team started emphasizing defense. High pitchability shitballers like him that don't K a lot of guys probably benefit more than most with elite defense.
  4. We really need to get a frontline starter at the trade deadline.
  5. Lukes had a monster game today so he should be back soon too. He helps the bottom of the lineup quite a bit.
  6. Teams figured out how they were cheating and now their offense has plummeted
  7. Yeah I think he held up at first when he should have been running on contact I don't know if he thought it was a homer or if he forgot how many outs there were
  8. Yankees are in another dogfight with the Angels and the Rays are getting beat
  9. Did Bo forget how many outs there were? I think he held up
  10. Scherzer is dealing and Lukes is having a big game down in Buffalo
  11. Fangraphs only gives them a 4.5% chance to make the playoffs. Being 6 games back of WC3 isn't insurmountable but they would have to jump SEVEN teams to get there and that's just too many. One of those 7 teams is going to play well from here on out. The trade deadline is quickly approaching and to have a chance they'd have to be buyers but they probably won't be within spitting distance by that point.
  12. Seems like less brain farts, more accurate feeds to the pitcher, and is making the plays as they come to him instead of playing hero ball.
  13. the guy has a mouth full of chaw while intently taking advice from the greatest hitter of all time Imagine if your team just salary dumped a guy like this
  14. We will never forget the summer of ‘25 I’m telling ya
  15. Yankees have 20 scoreless innings against the Angels lmao Red Sox lost 8-0 after trading their franchise player in a salary dump lmao Rays lost after the roof fell off their stadium lmao Not sure what the Orioles did tonight but who cares lmao Jays toyed around with the D-Bags before hitting back to back tanks lmao
  16. 100 percent. These guys sign big contracts and turn into divas. Massaging their egos is part of being a good franchise. The Sox will buckle the second a star player doesn’t kiss John Henry’s ass. **omg let’s clutch our pearls and forget he’s hitting .300 and and on pace for 35 bombs, he said he doesn’t want to DH**
  17. That homer would have exited the park at Yankee Stadium
