    The difference is pretty small between all of them.

    Because batting your worst hitter 8 gives you a better statistical chance to score more runs. Whether your pitcher bats or not is irrelevant.

    I get what you are saying and I would give it a bit more time but true-talent levels can change. It's entirely possible that Cola (who is kind of a fringe major leaguer to begin with) gets worse at which point he's just pure garbage. It's also possible that Montero's true-talent level increases and he's actually decent. The latter is probably less likely to occur but we could be right in the midst of the former occuring and it wouldn't shock me at all. I'd just go to a strict platoon for now and keep Cola on the team but if he doesn't pick it up soon I'd make a move.

    He's been pretty awful against lefties in his career, not sure what that means given it's 714 AB's though.

    That's actually pretty funny IMO. He's still a douche though. He reminds me of the guy that you see at the bar who is trying to fight people, drinks too much, and gets overly aggressive with chicks. I don't mind Reyes though. I thought he was a lot of fun. I know he had the DV stuff going on but I'm not really going to speculate on that.

    I don't hate Machado. I like watching him play. Matter of fact he and O'Day (who I also think is a huge tool) are two of my favorite players to watch play, despite my personal feelings toward them. My point is that they hate Bautista when Machado has probably done the douchiest things in baseball in the past few years.

    Of all the things Gibby does giving Martin full days off is toward the bottom of my criticisms.

    I understand the argument that Bautista is a douche - I don't buy it but I get it. But they cheer for Manny Machado who gets in fights because he gets tagged too hard and throws bats at people.

    Martin needs days off anyway. Just give him the full game off/or close to it on days Dickey pitches. The better idea would be to DFA Thole and call up whatever AAA catcher we have.

    I've admittedly only been there once and instead rely on Boxcar for all of my Orioles Hangout news. I trust Boxcar completely and thus 100% believe that Orioles Hangout is a shithole. This is further confirmed by the fact that the Orioles have a lot of players who are pricks, Manny Machado among them, so the board must take after the team. The team seriously does not have one likable player on the entire roster (I'll admit some of them like O'Day and Machado are at least fun to watch when they aren't enraging me for being *******s), therefore their message boards likely follow suit in that they don't have any likable posters. Not even you despite your best attempts to come over here and be nice, which I am convinced is nothing more than a ruse. Plus, Baltimore is a horrible city and embarrassment to my country of birth and residence.

    Remember when Adam Jones and Ryan Flaherty got really mad that Jose Bautista hit a home run instead of letting the Orioles bean him? Lol @ any Orioles fan trying to bring up the antics of a another team. They are full of shitbag players.
