  1. My dynasty league project. Probably gonna take 4-5 years to help my team, but could be worth the wait.
  2. I never usually read this thread or post in it, but agree with this 100%, from my experience.
  3. Prior the draft he reminded me of Yunel Escobar with more power. Like Yunel he only has about average to slightly above average range, but he's got great hands and a canon arm.
  4. Okay, van emailed me with his pick for the BBDL and hockey, I'll post screen caps later if necessary. For hockey he said he wants Roland McKeown if he's available. If not tell me and I'll let him know to pick someone else.
  5. Probably a better question for Angelo. I'll check if BA has anything on him.
  6. He was considered to have a pretty advanced approach at the plate as a high schooler, so he should be at least on par with Davis (who was very raw) now in terms of their hitting.

  8. I knew at some point someone would do this in the IFA market. Can't wait to see who the first team is to try it in the rule 4 draft. You could literally come out with tons of 1st round calibre talent for the price of two future first round picks. If it's a deep and strong draft, and the next one is week it would have to be a consideration, I would think.
  9. Toronto Blue Jays The Blue Jays have done well filling the lower levels of the system with promising Latin American talent. This year their top priority appears to be Venezuelan righthander Juan Meza, one of the top 2014 pitchers. They have also been connected to Kevin Vicuna, one of the better defensive shortstops in the class. Both players train with Carlos Guillen. Righthander Guadalupe Chavez, a converted outfielder with Quintana Roo in the Mexican League, is another played who’s been mentioned as a Blue Jays target.

  15. Exactly. There's no question about the stuff. The stuff is potentially elite for a lefty. You give an arm like that as much time or as many chances as it needs. Big guys always take longer to perfect their mechanics as well. Randy Johnson being the most commonly used example.
  16. It seems that if Smoral had even a modicum of control he'd be unhittable. Hopefully he figures it out like Norris did.
  17. Kid's looking good so far. Last year's IFA signing Freddy Rodriguez with another hit today. Hitting .400 in limited at bats.

  19. I remember this guy from the WBC, he was really impressive. He'd be a nice replacement for Rasmus if our scouts think he can stick in center or even Melky if he has to move to a corner. http://www.baseballamerica.com/international/power-hitting-yasmani-tomas-leaves-cuba/
