Middling stuff? You must have read different reports than me. He was a kid throwing low 90s with exceptional command of his fastball at age 18. He's only 20 now, so the fact that he's low minors isn't such a big deal. It's not like he's 23 or 24. I read reports that said he had a curveball that flashed plus at times, but needed some polishing and a changeup that was the pitch he needed to work on the most. Scouts love his delivery. I think you're underselling him. After all the walks I've seen from Jays pitchers this year, I'm not trading a kid who can command the fastball unless it's something a lot better than an expiring Escobar.
