  1. just google wiziwig and baseball and you will find a stream
  2. well...hutch was a 15th round draft pick, and after tonight Whitley will not be a pitcher considered to be pitching like a top of the order guy!
  3. nice first post....why don't you just post under your regular screen name.
  4. did you just compare syndergaard and d'arnaud to lee, Phillips and sizemore. Why does everyone think D'arnaud's and all star and Syndergaard is a cy young candiate
  5. Dickey was 4th in innings pitched last year, 2nd the year before that. He's down the list this year, but still 27th. He's not below average in terms of innings pitched. That's just wrong. People need to label him a "front line starter". He isn't a front line starter, but he's still a quality starter. He's got a 4.04 ERA. I still think going to post a sub 4 ERA and he's going to eat innings. Trading Dickey makes zero sense. Dickey is a solid number 3 eating innings and will post a 3.8 ERA. He's also being paid like a number 3, so get over the trade we made to get him and value him for the asset he is. We need to be trading for a number 1, not giving away a number 3.
  6. Dickey just pitched 7 and 2/3rds giving up 3 earned runs. That's not a bad start. I don't get the RA Dickey hatred. Dickey has pitched just shy of 100 innings...how is that not logging enough innings. Thole has not been that bad either. You wouldn't get anything in return for Dickey to help the ball club this year. The team lack of depth is in starting pitching. How would trading Dickey make sense, unless you are giving up on the season.
  7. he jammed himself when he hit the base..you guys are the most optimistic baseball fans in the league..
  8. give me a break.....did you miss the 65 games he played at short last year....you live in a wonderful fantasy world
  9. the offense has to come from behind because they made an error in the field...
  10. you go back his last 10 and his his era is 3.86 with 38ks and 19 walks in 56 innings. He isn't lighting it up, but he hasn't been terrible and his walk rate this year has been pretty good. At this point I just don't want the 5th guy to give games away by walking too many batters like Happ does. Drabek might be worth a shot. Ideally we're going to make a trade eventually, but in the interim I don't see a reason not to give Drabek a shot. HIs walk rate for the entire year is just under 3, which is a huge improvement for Drabek.
  11. There was that one start this year where Morrow came out and struck 5 of the first 6 batters throwing 97 with great depth and break to his off speed pitches. That flash of what could be. Later on that game he left a couple up that got hit out of the park, but he went 6 giving up 3 and got the win. Those first 2 or 3 innings....makes you wonder what could be. The problem is with the diabetes like McGowan, you never know how many innings you can get out of the guy..I'm still cheering for Morrow....I thought he pitched better than his numbers the first few times out and it was freaking cold the first month of the season too.
  12. this kid is hilarious...
  13. Never miss a good wine tasting...I'm drinking a nice bottle from spain right now, but pvr the game because you never know when the best game of your life is going to be played..lol
  14. have a beer and smile away dude....best comeback win in decades...
  15. you always see them talking though each game...I think we're seeing brett make changes and develop as a hitter because he's talking to heart more of what the lindy's and baustista's are saying to him.
  16. second biggest comeback in franchise history...and they ended up winning comfortably by 5!
  17. "there goes the division lead. didn't take long." that was your post at 7:51 which was funny on many levels. First even if they lost they entered the night 1.5 games up so they wouldn't have lost the division lead. Two and much more satisfying, the Jays won the f***ing game motherf***er!
  18. ECJF left early, started a thread about nolin, admitted to being drunk. He's going to wake up tomorrow roll over hung over and say f***in blue jays, then turn on the TV and wtf the jays won by 5!
