I've updated the rules for debuting players to match the MLB leagues.
Instead of being fair game when they're officially called up. It's tough to decide what counts as a source and to nail down an exact time. The new rule will follow the MLB fantasy leagues.
DEBUT WAIVERS - if a player with no NHL games played plays in their first NHL game, including the postseason, any owner can request publicly that a commissioner place them on Debut Waivers, and any commissioner who sees a public request is obliged to do so. If a debuting player is not placed on Debut Waivers they can be added at 8 PM Eastern Time two days after their first NHL game. If a commissioner places a player on Debut Waivers they must post so in the message board thread or send an email to the league.
*If numerous people have a problem with this change we can put it to a vote. This just seemed like an obvious change as I believe there have been previous problems with the call up rule.
Updated rules can be found here. If anyone sees anything else that should be added or anything missing let me know.
