I think we should actually go with 2 pitchers. It seems like someone in the org knows hows to develop pitching. Hitting is a totally different thing, and it seems like we can't produce hitters. Why waste a pick on a hitter that we can't develop. You're always able to trade pitching for anything anyway.

I'll say it again... The result of a game should not be determined by someone who's not even playing. As for the "buzz". I've never been to a baseball game, but I've been to a ton of hockey games. And when they review plays and such it does not effect the "buzz". Only time it gets quiet is when the crowd is waiting in anticipation of the result. It allows the home crowd to cheer again if it goes their way, and usually gets even louder. And if it doesn't go their way there wouldn't have been a "buzz" to begin with.

That's kinda crazy considering he has yet to play a game in the MLB... The 3 option years is probably what turned him away. If it was 7/25 no options he should have taken it in the blink of an eye.
