  1. Can we vote to have 27.4 man farm rosters?
  2. Ya, I saw that. But I thought it was discussed about it being when the pick comes up. But maybe I just dreamt that.
  3. NJH! Just to make sure... When do the unused draft picks explode into the abyss? When the pick comes up or at the cut down deadline.
  4. Looking at the Japan league, Randy Messenger looks like he trying to make a comeback. SO rate has increased each of the past 5 years. Still only 32. Next Vogelsong?
  5. I'm sure one or two players will emerge out of the woods(or ocean). Kenta Maeda may be a guy. Or Alfredo Despaigne.
  6. It is ridiculous how lucky I was to get Abreu instead of Boxy. That is all...
  7. You won't even be able to make you innings limit... At what point is it considered intentional tanking?
  8. No wonder he's not pitching as good as he used too.
  9. Anyone looking to deal somekind of starter? Looking for someone who won't kill my rate stats...
  10. Ya, I forgot about that. They f***ed around with him for so long before actually sending him for it. I think he'll be a September call-up. Depends on how he does once he comes back.
  11. And they have Gausman. And Bundy should soon be available.
  12. I was actually thinking about drafting him last year just because the Cards drafted him in the early rounds and it seems everything they touch turns to gold.
  13. I think it's the other way around. Lane has made 11 starts this year in AAA. Seems like a good guy to have on the roster, he can still hit better then 99.5% of pitchers too. 1.151 OPS in 31PA this year in AAA.
  14. What I wanna know is how Aaron f***ing Cook managed to make $40 Million while never having a SO rate over 4.5/9... Career rates of 3.7 K/9, and 2.7 BB/9....
  15. Anyone remember Jason Lane? Was a hitter. Was in the Blue Jays system for a little while. Well, he made his MLB début as a pitcher last night for the Padres. Lane came in to relieve Jesse Hahn. He then went to pitch 3 and a third innings of perfect ball, while recording 3 strikeouts. He's also 37 years old.
  16. Aaron Cook had a better walk rate. More like Butler is a cheap-man's Cook.
  17. Also the Astros. But they don't win anyway so they probably don't need one.
  18. Do you mean Indians/WhiteSox? Mets' job is Mejia's now.
  19. Lol at owning more picks then total MiLB roster spaces.
