  1. Ken doesn't like fat players I'm assuming.
  2. If the BP never blew all those games recently, likely this team is above .500 right now. Bullpen success varies from year to year since relievers are volatile, so I wouldn't get my hopes up of having an elite pen again, especially if the starters don't pitch deep into games on a consistent basis. Still the BP should be solid and I expect some guys to rebound moving forward.
  3. I could move one of Gomes, Flowers or d'Arnaud.
  4. He's still very young and any hitter who plays in Coors Field I'll take in fantasy baseball any day.
  5. Jurickson Profar is OTB. I've had one team express interest and has dangled a very good player in his prime. Willing to package Profar to land a stud bat or pitcher (preferably a bat). Also, could move d'Arnaud for any team looking for a young catcher. He's starting to hit right now, so he could be getting ready to go on a tear. Franklin Morales OTB. Solid K/BB ratio and could be a post-hype sleeper in the Rockies rotation. Could move him for a pick or a good setup man.
  6. I think its a great deal for both sides. We both address an area of need without subtracting. Also, I get two pints of Beaus out of this deal, so can't complain

He would be a great signing. Also he would restore his image in this city amongst the casuals. For the Raptors, he'd generate a lot of buzz with the 20th anniversary season and jersey sales. Also, for VC he'd be in the spotlight whereas if he went somewhere else he wouldn't be that big of a deal.
  8. I said the Jays should have went after Espinosa during the offseason. JaysBlue > ESPN Insider
  9. Yup, he'll likely get C eligibility next season which would suck on my end ugh. Damn you Spanky.
  10. Reyes - Melky - GD, G-snarls Bautista - wilko Edwin - Angrioter Francisco - jays4life19 Lawrie - Dylan, Jonn, LetTheBallFly Colby "f***IN" Rasmus - Orgfiller, JaysAllMighty, Spanky99, JaysBlue Kratz - Thole - Streaks Jays4life19 is awesome for taking Jonn's lead.
  11. Hurl picked up Micah Johnson, who I own. Also, on the spreadsheet list "Michael" still appears instead of Micah lol. Thanks.
  12. According to JFaS, Morrow is an elite starter.

  14. If Morrow is healthy, he'll be worth more than $10 million easily. He's the best pitcher on this staff when he's healthy. He's an elite starter and you don't give up an elite starter for nothing.
  15. His xFIP was 4.73 and he posted a 3.64 SIERA. He wasn't that bad as his 7 ERA suggested. His 9.87 K/9 last season was very good and I'd take a flier on him for the MLB minimum.
  16. He is the best pitcher on the Blue Jays...so yes!
  17. Oh darn, there goes the Blue Jays best pitcher!
  18. Carlos Marmol must have been a Hall of Famer in JFaS' eyes.
  19. He was the Jays best pitcher this season...this is a huge loss.
  20. Whatever happened to Micah Owings? The guy was able to hit, and he'd be a decent mop up guy in long relief. He'd be a nice platoon bat with Lind haha.
  21. I agree, though didn't you just say a pitcher gets paid to limit walks? He hasn't done that so far. I love the K/9 rate - it's definitely elite and always has been. Though his high BB% concerns me and when you start putting base runners on in close games, then balls that fall in for base hits hurt you at the end of the day.
  22. Your thoughts on Gonzalez Germen and Kevin Siegrist?
  23. Isn't he walking 8.68 BB/9? That's not good.
