    I think Pillar could scratch out 20 HR's one season. Doubt he does it consistently year in & out, though I see him having a 20 HR season at some point, most likely this season.

    Yeah should have haha. Sometimes it's just better doing 1 for 1 deals. When you add extra pieces, it messes things up. If Freeman was still healthy, would have been a blockbuster that worked out for both sides. I think Marwin could be a 20-25 HR bat this season. He's displayed some decent pop & speed in the past and he's improved his BB%. Likely finishes in the .260/.350/.470 range which is still pretty solid. Still a valuable piece to have since he's eligible at every position except pitcher & catcher lol.

    I believe it was also involving Freeman & Sale if I'm not mistaken, and I was asking if there was anyway to get Bautista in the deal as well and thats where things fell apart regarding that 3rd player swap. Hindsight yeah I should have done the deal since Gyorko has been rock solid so far and Freeman is now on the DL. At the time though Gyorko wasn't a sure thing (even after his 2016 season he still had some question marks). As a LOD owner, I'm happy though so far so can't complain. Probably wouldn't have Marwin Gonzalez right now in the DDL if I did have Gyorko since I picked up Gonzalez when he was still hitting .150 something due to Tulo hitting the DL so I kind of lucked into that free agent pickup.

    I'd consider LoMo. Tommy Joseph is at least hitting now though don't expect him to hit well for that long.

    f*** Aaron Loup. It definitely worries me about whether he'll be the same or not. Outside of fantasy baseball, would be sad to see Freeman go all Lyle Overbay after.

    Would like to make an upgrade at 1B over Morales if possible. As well, could always use pitching with almost all of my top arms on the DL.

    Had a solid rookie year with the Cubs. Even believe back in 2014 there were discussions about him possibly being their closer of the future.

    As much as I love baseball and the Blue Jays, I would never get season tickets. Just doesn't make sense unless you go in with like 3 or 4 people. 81 games is a heck of a lot of games to sell. Would be a headache trying to sell like 6 or 7 games per week. As well, if the team continues to struggle as they are now, I'm sure it's extremely difficult to recoup the cost for weeknight games against bad teams etc. Especially when the Rogers Centre holds close to 50K, it's never difficult getting into the building. Flex packs are a better option IMO, and even those aren't the greatest now. Just best to buy tickets the day of to the games you want to go to see. Plus with me, I can't commit to a game weeks or months in advance. I usually like attending certain games depending on the team, whose pitching, the type of night etc. Now Cubs or Red Sox season tickets, different story

    I won't resign. Just frustrated at the moment as you can understand. I'm the one to blame and it's 100% my fault. Would like to see something written in the constitution that establishes the benchmark for illegal adds. I'm done with the whole ordeal, so whatever you guys decide I don't care.

Especially when this is a first time thing on my end in all the leagues I've participated in. If that's the case I'm resigning from this league. I have never seen anything in the constitution that states such a harsh punishment. I understand if this was a playoff matchup or late season matchup with playoff implications. But a first week matchup that didn't even impact the categories at all? Don't have time for this. If that's the case, I'm resigning from this league.

    I'm not placing blame on anyone but myself. I just said that why wasn't the illegal add picked up sooner by a commissioner? Like he made the start like 3-4 days after the add if I recall. I've seen in other leagues when someone has made an illegal add or transactions it gets reverted back right away. Why wasn't mine? So why should I be penalized a 1st rounder in a matchup during the first week of the season which I'm likely to lose those pitching categories anyways? If it was spotted in time, then would I still lose that first round pick?
