    Some of these lineup decisions on a daily basis are awful considering the struggles of this lineup all year. Need to ride the hot bats. Schneider should be in the lineup everyday given the way he's hitting, no excuses.

    Yeah he did nothing while here. Though at the time, there weren't any better shortstops available and if Bo was out long term, at least the Jays had a guy who has showed some success in the past at the big league level.

    Yeah Kirk will still be around for next season, along with Jansen. If Kirk doesn't return to his 2022 form and is hitting like he is now again, he likely will be traded or non-tendered the following offseason.

    I think a lot of posters on here overhyped Kirk way too much. He was really solid last season hitting .285/.372/.415 which I would take everyday from a catcher. But a lot of his power was in May/June and afterwards didn't do that much with the bat. When you look at his numbers from July 2022 till now, he's been pretty awful offensively. That's no small sample size. He's still young enough to rebound and turn his career around, but he needs to get into better shape and improve his power numbers for him to do so. Vladdy has been a huge disappointment. Supposed to be a monster bat and he's hitting like Garrett Cooper out there.

    I went to see the Jays play in Cincy back in 2011. Saw Jo Jo Reyes, Brandon Morrow and Carlos Villanueva pitch haha. Jays took 2 of 3 and every game was pretty darn close.
