    Lots of guys suck, it doesn't bring on the hate. Mostly people hate him, because he's too religious for their liking, particularly the militant atheists who automatically assume he's a moron, and equate displaying/talking about his faith with shoving it down their throats. Regardless of that, I admire anyone succesful who humbles themselves by trying something that they are 99.9% certain to fail in, even though they don't need the money and are certain to be ridiculed. It takes courage to do something like that.

    Photos are important. If they are too young and good looking, they're much too likely to have other distractions going on. The fatter, the better.

    "Otis Nixon is SAFE". He probably went missing just because he wanted to hear those words again. The report didn't say where he was, just that he was safe.

    I don't understand why Sergio Romo only got a one-year $3 million dollar contract, when there are such s***** bullpens out there. And he even went to a team that had an established closer.

    You probably don't remember this Spittin, but in LOD, one guy scooped up players illegally, and then proceeded to trade them to some guy for assets, that then declined over the next few weeks, totally screwing things up. And he wasn't punished as much as this.

    "The bottom line is that the punishment has to actually sting. A 2nd rounder for a team that owns three 1sts doesn't." The number of 1sts a team has should have no bearing on the verdict. What if a team didn't have any firsts or seconds? Would they only have to give up a third rounder then? It's like we're punishing him for owning more than one 1st round pick. And don't forget, this sets a precedent. The next time someone makes this mistake, they're going to lose a 1st round pick, which is a pretty harsh penalty. Regardless, I guarantee no is going to think: "Hey, I think I'll try to get away with nabbing an owned prospect for a couple of days, because it will only cost me a second pick."

    I think it's too severe of a penalty. It's tougher in Yahoo than FanTrax to know who is owned, and we don't always have access to the spreadsheets at work, or on the phone etc. I think it's an easy mistake to do. And it's not like Senzatella was a top prospect. At least make it a second round pick. If he doesn't own one, give him a chance to trade for one.

    I suggest his opponent gets to choose one of PIWB's remaining starters, and PWIB has to sit him out, and miss his start. Unless there's a way for a commissioner to just remove those stats.

    Went to add Senzatella, but I see that 'PriceisWrongBitch' already picked him up. Only problem with that is that he's on my minor league roster. Also, they used him in the game today, which was illegal.

    Interestingly, he was the initial owner of DJLM, but traded him away for Vance Worley in the first LOD season.

    Russell Martin wasn't a big fan of the change. Said if they want to speed the game up, just have guys walk back to the dugout immediately after hitting a home run.
