I can't get over the trainwreck that was my Rule IV draft. I completely whiffed on a lot of the picks. My strategy has done a complete 180 going into next year's.

Your rebuild (if you can even call it that lol) has been very impressive. It's crazy to think the team that finished 19th last year, might make the playoffs next year. I think you're going to make that scenario a reality though.

I think Kershaw is a slam dunk #1. I would have no objections to Fernandez as #2 in someone's ranks though.

I don't know how you can leave Patrick Sharp off the roster given how good a year he's having. He's really obviously really consistent as well. It's such a shame we can't have two teams. Our depth is ridiculous. I wish we could trade Team Finland Carey Price + a bunch of forwards for Tuukka Rask.

Exactly. There's no reason we can't beat the 5th seed in the easy and win a playoff matchup. Honestly, 3rd place isn't even that improbable. Losing Horford is a huge blow for Atlanta. Outside of Indiana and Miami occupying #1 and #2, the rest is a crapshoot.

15 wins already. I'm not even thinking about tank mode anymore. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy what will likely be some playoff basketball come May.

Since it was a top 5 waiver pick, I like it a bit more. I still think that 10th MiLB has more value.

I can't believe Bobby Ryan didn't make it. Wow. It's not even like he's having a bad year; he's been killing it. I was also really surprised to see Jimmy Howard over Ben Bishop. Howard has been hurt and underperforming while Bishop has been a top 3 goaltender in the NHL this year. As my 3rd option, I would have rather gone with the guy who's been playing unreal for the last three months.

Team USA looks pretty good. They've really become more of a threat over the last decade.

I'm curious how big a value gap you have between Davis and Freeman. Obviously Davis had an unreal year, but at the same time Freeman also had a very solid year and is 3 years younger.

It's so weird for me seeing these advanced stats. I'm a hockey fan, but my knowledge of the sport doesn't come close to that of baseball. I feel like I would be the equivalent of one of those old timers who values Wins/RBI in the hockey world.

Yep. I'm a Saints fan and I hate it. I'll even go a step further and say it's stupid how the Arizona Cardinals have a 10-6 record, but miss the playoffs while the 8-7-1 Packers make it in. The Cardinals play in the toughest division in the NFL, while the Packers play in the cakewalk NFC North. The Cardinals were 8-2 against teams outside their division.

I like most of my picks (minus Banuelos) but if I could redo one, I would take Wacha/Davidson over Goodwin.

The Rangers got way too much love for their rotation. I wouldn't have them in my top 5 (A LOT of question marks past Darvish/Holland) I would also have the Braves in my top 10. If Beachy stays healthy, Minor/Medlen/Teheran/Beachy make up a nasty front 4. -
