    Most likely true. Won't want to admit they destroyed him.

    the guy needs a LOT of defensive reps at 2b. A season at DH won't help him long term and it sure doesn't seem like we're going for it this year with this offense. My dream (though Baltimore would say f-no) is Vladdy for Jackson Holliday.

    the other possibility is Horwitz shares some time with Turner at 1b and Barger and Schneider pick up more at bats. Vogelbach as cheerleader is a waste of roster space.

    Then do something with Vladdy off-line. Something big is wrong with him. I may be one of the toughest on him, but I still think he can be better than he is. Only question is how to make it happen. I just don't see how running him out everyday is working. The Halladay treatment is called for.

    Dump Vogelbach and bring up Horwitz.

    I'm honestly starting to think the team would be better with Vladdy on the bench. His game is in ruin. The shame is that his skill set can be off the charts.

    Could be a quiet protest to the commissioner's office. After all, they're the Royals, not the Yankees or Dodgers.

    We got luck with health last year but generally used 6 starters (Manoah replaced). So NO to your post.

    Yeah but clearly Schneider is not allowed to do that. He changes the lineup all the time, except the top 3. So his excuse does not hold water.

    so KK to 10 day IL and Barger to LF. Could be a good start.

    don't know if he's on the roster, or just travelling in case of KK going 15-day IL.
