    You guys had three recommendations on reddit for listening today. One broke down the podcasts they listen to and did a pros and cons thing, for you guys they said the following. "Radio scouts has a ton of potential but bad execution. Super long pauses between people speaking and going off topic repeatedly and not in an entertaining way are two of the worse crimes. They do have interesting insights though." Either way I think a lot more people than this board are listening to your podcast.

    How has Bucholz looked? I see a 2:1 K-:BB for pitches thrown, low pitch count but no Ks or BBs.

    If Thornton is still dealing in 2-3 weeks when Borucki is ready to come off the DL and if say Bucholtz is looking like Bucholtz of 2018, do you option Borucki to AAA until someone is inevitably hurt?

    I think Gurriel needs time in AAA. Would be nice if Biggio or Bichette gets off to a monstrous start, I do know Biggio had a big day, and forced Atkins hand.

    Anyone watching the Ron Kulpa show in Texas? What a f***ing embarrassment. I'm a pro union person but when people are clearly not capable of performing their job union protection or not they need to be replaced.

    Guerra is also a 33 year old RP. Unless the Jays keep a short bench or send Luciano back to the Royals I don't see a spot for Guerra. They'll likely need to do one bullpen game unless they keep SRF up. I thought I heard yesterday that Brito and Hansen are both on their way to to Toronto. They'll option Pannone I imagine once Bucholz is up and if Thornton looks poor when Borucki is ready I could see him being sent down as well. This of course also doesn't account for Richard who either needs to go to the 'pen or replace Borcuki/Thornton in the rotation.

    I see Hansen and Brito up, SRF and Alford down. Once Bucholz is ready I think Guerra goes down.

    Rowdy Tellez makes the 25 man over Alford, Javy Guerra as the 13th 'pen arm.

    Wonder if they DH Tellez, Hernandez or bring up Patterson to DH.

    FanGraphs is now counting pitch framing in their WAR calculation. Russell Martin is now 10th all time in catcher fWAR right behind Brian McCann. In 2018 our fWAR leader at 2.2 fWAR was Luke Maile.

    That hits my fantasy squad pretty hard, I'm shallow on SP in my keeper league and the waiver wire is thin.

    I think his stuff looked fine, I meant him mechanically. He looks very stiff like his body isn't flexing properly.

    Obviously it's super early but Stroman looks terrible. He looks very stiff on his delivery.

    My thoughts on the amount of FA being left unsigned is the number of teams in the league. Expanding increases your MLB player count by 50 players, half the remaining free agents in theory. It's been twenty two years since the last draft in 1997 and is probably due. Whether it's from thirty teams up to thirty two or thirty four I don't think particularly matters. Moar teams, universal DH 2020 lets go!
