    The past few games the SP have gone 2.1, 4, 5, 5 and 4 IP. This is not the result of overhanging, its the result of the SPs being pretty bad all in a row

    The pen is very shallow right now. No SP has gone more than 5 IP for like 4 or 5 games now. I'd have been sorely tempted to just leave him in and hope he got out of it.

    This is gold From a pure entertainment standpoint alone it's amazing but coupled with the fact that some kid is pretending to be some 60+ year old Yankee die-hard, ranting on a message board about this being the worst Yankee team ever just adds to the joy.

    I don't think its underrated. I have a lot of trust in the nerds crunching the numbers and while it can never be exact, its probably already as close as it can be to reality I think in this particular situation though, Raleigh is having a much worse year defensively than anyone issued to seeing, even though its still good. IF he was his usual defensive self along with his current bat, his WAR is probably close or even passing Judge amd the conversation is much closer.

    Since 3/1/2016 his high leverage wRC+ is 97 Maybe not quite one of the very best? Best current Jays, over that 10 year period, when set to minimum 150 PAs in high leverage are Bo (138 wRC+), Vlad (135) and Gimenez (135).

    Cant say I agree with Yariel being in the game right now... its not egregious but its not ideal either. Green should be mopping up
