  1. Can't believe Cleveland can't get anything off Fatolo Colon
  2. Bearing in mind Morales can barely score from 2nd on a triple.
  3. Wood Hammel Castillo Encarnacion Ramirez Seager Sano Dickerson Upton Trumbo
  4. Well, his eyesight is certainly retarded
  5. Because his pitch recognition is comparable to Stevie Wonder?
  6. All but impossible really. Realistically they'd have to eat 50% of it to make anyone even look at him. 10 million for a projected 1.5 WAR SS throughthe rest of his decline years is still pretty fugly when they could just get someone else to do it for less. If Shatkins manages to pull off a Tulo trade without eating 50% of the remainder or by adding decent prospects it would be pretty shocking.
  7. Yup. Pretty much by June
  8. 47 pitches, 31 strikes. 0 groundouts, 0 flyouts. 2 lineouts and the guy who walked was caught stealing/picked off.
  9. Not to mention Tepesch.... Really stroman and Happ are the only starters that make me even think a W is possible since they're the only ones that might keep the opposition under 3 runs. Estrada is a maybe. He could give up 2 or 10 on any given day
  10. Just s*** command of the fastball?
  11. Teoscar Hernandez with a 2 out grand slam. Now 2/3 with 5 RBI so far
  12. Well sure, hope for it, but when they fall short it really shouldn't be disappointing.
  13. Using the average needed win total of 83 for the 2nd WC spot, the jays would need to go 27 and 18 over their last 45 games. There's currently 7 teams above them, the 2 best of which would only need to win 24 and 25 games over their remaining schedules, not to mention the other 5 teams that would need between 25 and 27 wins as well. For the Jays to do what they need to do AND have 7 other teams not do what they need to do is virtually impossible, especially given the state of the roster
  14. It's called hyperbole. Just saying that overtaking 7 teams, even if the gap is only 3.5 games is a monumentally near impossible task
  15. Apparantly an ankle injury based on the comments to that tweet
  16. Just need Bogaerts not to be a complete pylon and I should remain top 2
  17. No doubt. Mathematically possible but very improbable. They could go on a 20 game winning streak starting today and still probably not have a wildcard spot.
  18. Starting to look like I should have doubled down, though spats could overtake pretty easily
  19. We had one at DH, then he got hurt
  20. That will teach him to run out a grounder..... God f***ing dammit. I thought I might be able to sneak back up into 6th in the FC but if he's out for a while I'm pretty much f***ed.
