    You are correct. Minor league free agent if not added to the 40 man at the start of the offseason. Well, the good news then for him is that his performance in the latter part of the season likely gets him a major league deal somewhere. He can definitely see a path to the majors with Toronto also given Ryu going away and Manoah’s current situation. Francis is on the 40 man already with options, so he wouldn’t be lost and if White impresses in ST, that’s all the reason the Jays would need to keep Tiedemann in AAA to build up the innings even more before possibly debuting later in the season. He’ll have other suitors for sure though, but I doubt anyone commits to anything beyond the basic 1 year league minimum deal.

    The best part about the White situation is that since he's no longer on the 40 man roster he can still start 2024 in Buffalo without fear of losing him.

    Overall ..yes the ground ball rate doesn't look horrible, but his pull ground ball rate vs pulled flyball rate is next level putrid. That's where the power went

    Same terrible baserunning by the Rays, what a brutal coaching staff to allow this kind of thing on their team. That and fat asses like Erasmo and Harold Ramirez…such a disgrace. Mead and Harold R should be taken out immediately and sat for a few days

    Fells like Biggio could really benefit from laying a bunt down the 3b line every once in a while like Belt does. Biggio isn’t near the HR threat Belt is so it would really benefit him as a player more than it does Belt even.

    I think you roll with your best starters and not worry about which of them might be better in the pen. Ryu could still absolutely have value in a blowout game to come in and eat up innings

    San Diego has a better run differential than Milwaukee, Philly and Arizona. They are not a bad team. AZ doesn't even have a positive run diff. Some serious smoke and mirrors happening there while San Diego takes it up poop chute
