    Velocity is a thing. Some guys like Liam Hendriks see huge jumps in short spurts, some others don't.

    I didn't exactly expect Sanchez to be an all-star this quickly, but it was pretty clear that the ability was there. I'm particularly impressed with the rapid improvement in command.

    There's so many variables to take into account, but a large would generally be too short on a guy that height. I'm 6'6 and large shirts come down to my belly button. I look pretty much like J.A. Happ for comparison.

    I specifically debunked that argument in the post that you quoted and obviously didn't read. We can safely assume that taller guys like Tulowitzki and Saunders can fill out an XL shirt. Are they obese? Certainly not and everyone knows a few guys like them.

    Has Carrera played himself into your 2017 plans? Perhaps as part of a time share with Pompey or a cheaper FA outfielder. I don't completely trust him, but the batting line is very nice and not BABIP fueled, not to mention positive value in the field and on the base paths.

    I'd rather make a reasonable deal for Jay Bruce at the deadline and leave it at that if the alternative is giving Reddick a big contract.

    I don't like that attitude. What if you get a controllable young player like Myers or Gray? There's always a good deal to be had.

    I can't understand why they don't have a variety either. There's enough info out there to at least get a ballpark (pardon the pun) estimate of shirt sizes.

    I don't mean to call you a liar or anything, but that isn't possible if you know a normal number of people and this chart is remotely accurate. Before you say you don't know fat people, consider that not all people have narrow shoulders and a small chest like the great majority of people who are also 6 feet tall and can actually fit a medium. My dad went from 6'3 230 to a pretty sickly looking 180 pounds with leukemia and his shirt size didn't change from XXL.

    How tall are you? Just curious. You obviously don't know very many thin people over 6 feet tall. Many of them wear XL or XXL. Every man in my family is at least that tall, so I have a pretty good idea.
