  1. Well that's a lot of uncertainty. Interesting.
  2. Shapiro said that he projects the same as Hutchison, but has more control. Subtle dig at the Pirates.
  3. Rule V picks probably haven't used any options because they aren't on the 40 man. That's why they get taken in the first place.
  4. Well maybe they do use that system.
  5. Is it just me ore does Biagini really look like a potential starter? He's got good fastball command and the changeup is legit.
  6. Were you even on the forum then? Others had subscriptions, the meme died quickly. I don't know why it came back this week, but have your fun I guess.
  7. Conner Greene too. Stat scouts have written him off, but I think he'd be impressive in person.
  8. I don't get why this meme came back. It was funny for a couple of days in like 2004 until I showed you the schedule and others backed me up.
  9. It comes in loud and clear, especially in Sudbury. I'm not sure what would lead to your problems, but my best guess is a crappy antenna (common in newer cars with satellite radio) or interference from other stations. Also, AM goes over the lakes like nothing. I get stations from Duluth and Chicago (kind of) as well.
  10. I'm interested to see more of his defense. Reports haven't exactly been glowing this year and suggest hes taken a step back.
  11. Just out of curiosity, who do you have ahead? Definitely the Twins for me and I think the Cubs, Padres, and Rays are in that mix. Texas and Cleveland have fallen behind us after the trades in my opinion.
  12. It almost sounded like he thought Sanchez to the bullpen would benefit us in the playoffs. He had a lot of confidence in Liriano too. It could be true, Sanchez was so huge last year.
  13. I'd expect us to slot into the 11-15 range on that list. We have as much or more depth than teams 6 through 10, but lack a can't miss guy like Crawford or Moncada.
  14. So Olerud and RealAccountant are the same person, interesting. I would vote for Gary Johnson if I lived there, for the record.
  15. Everyone does. That doesn't address his point.
  16. I probably could too, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't make for a great one night stand.
  17. I did when I saw that Astros girl and we won.
  18. Who will be optioned for Liriano, Barnes or Bolsinger?
  19. They extended their range and it now reaches Sudbury and the Soo fairly well, along with communities to the East. Probably added half a million potential listeners at least.
  20. I love listening to the game while driving, working, or sitting out at the campfire. We have the best radio guy in the league and I don't take it for granted. It's often a more enjoyable to experience the game.
  21. Can I say that Thole has caught and called a hell of a game tonight without getting roasted for it? Great use of the fastball and changes of speed tonight.
  22. I don't put much stock into their method (though it's improving), but KATOH has McGuire as the second best prospect dealt yesterday with Ramirez not far behind. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/projecting-the-prospects-traded-yesterday/
