  1. Jesus. dont people have better things to do than troll..lol.. I'm still putting him on the Sox with my fingers crossed I'm wrong and he goes to Jays
  2. Bad news is where were the Jays.. most likely getting ready to trade Sanchez+ for one of the s***** LAA C
  3. f***. I didnt do FA prediction yet (50 guys is an obligation..lol) but ws going to put Ruiz on Sox for something like that deal. Maybe 2/24 at most.
  4. I'm thinking he was saying 5 WAR total over 2 years. Or paying $6m per WAR
  5. Man that is bad after how 2013 went.. lol.. How is AA's a$$ not on the line?.. It HAS to be
  6. Yeah thats very true. Need to catch a contender struggling for late inning help at the deadline. Going into a seasen most teams are going to sign FA and see whats happens with their own guys. DET would be pretty s***** to take a guy like Janssen as any big value (main piece) for a Porcello
  7. Cano may be a safer bet. I wouldnt want them to make that deal but wouldnt cry if they did. Would rather they move Sanchez+ for Kendrick, sign Ruiz, trade for a guy like Porcello that was mentioned here.. And sign a SP in FA. So maybe add$30m
  8. You guys are short sighted it your thinking though. Its all about if Cano can provide the value he projects. Seeing as he's not a one or two year wonder just blossoming, it's a very safe bet. Best case scenarion, he helps Jays compete. Worst case is it's a rebuild for 2016. But what kind of s*** is a new GM going to have? Aging JB and Edwin with like 1 year left? So we will have to wait to draft right? Cano with more manageable contract for a team could be worth a blue chip hall to thrifty GM. The more pieces a rebuilding GM comes into, the better. contract
  9. If you want to beat the WAR drum.. On say a hypothetical 8/200 deal for Cano.. You don't think he's going to surpass 22 WAR? He's a very good bet to give you 18 WAR in the next 4 years.
  10. The Cards would be f***ing nice with Tulo.
  11. Yeah I'm sure when it's set up almost all regulars will do
  12. You should make a board prediction thread on it. The FAs that matter. Think Dinger made one up last year that a lot of people did
  13. SEA wouldn't trade Ackley for can of worms
  14. What happens if Lawrie catches that and then goes over the wall, completely out of field of play. Batter is out? I forget
  15. I would really prefer Jays signing Ruiz as most prob do... if I was trading..from the names mentioned, I like Ramos the most. I would pay the extra penny for him
  16. Depends what his 40 time is..need that speed. Sure his 40 time would be underwhelming for NFL skill player though
  17. Lol..no doubt Bonds was one of the more obvious users in history.
  18. Look at dat black man all ripped up. I think I remember seeing Ricky in person a few times and he had quads like tree trunks. I hate how Bonds is kept out of hall and it's automatically assumed a guy like RH was clean. He very well couldve been..but maybe not. Roids gained prominence in the 80's
  19. Most likely it would prob take a little more. Goins and Pillar most likely.. Deck as the throw in
  20. There should be Type B compensation. Like a 1/10 contract that comes with 2nd/3rd rounder. Would be good with players like Johnson that are legit loss. Guess would be complictated figuring who should gets offered what thoough
  21. He has massive power in BP. I've seen it a few times. But at this stage of his career if its not showing up in games, it never will
  22. Whats Butter's typecast? He's too nice or something?
  23. Yeah if someone is buying high on Rasmus, sign me up
  24. Yeah HR is douchey.. not a good hire
