Yeah the only thing to watch for, is I used to be a die hard Bluejay and Redskin fan, late 80’s. Front runner. Stuck with Jays through all the bad. But with the Redskin, I’d often be rooting for them to lose some seasons, so they’d fire their coach. One day I realized I didn’t really like them anymore lol. Jays have a long ways to go before they’re the Redskins though. They also have corporate pussy owners, which in the case of Daniel Snyder, was preferable -
Yeah, a little bit sensationalist with the “mlb could lose a billion dollar lawsuit”. It’d be a 9 figure claim I guess. The likelihood that there is collusion and the likelihood he’ll win in court, are of course, different probabilities. As I thought it would be and Bauer confirmed in his comments, that’s basically the nuclear option. I thought that would be now but he’s still holding out hope it seems.

Spanky’s post that I replied to is objectively 10x more ban worthy. I’m just a joke maker. Not the trouble maker. I think BTs can even appreciate my humor there. It’s also self deprecating humor, as that was the direct pretext to the fantasy league directors colluding together to put the screws to innocent me.

Yes. But very inconsistent. Obviously hitters are going to go hit and but Buxton usually always ends up below .300obp for a season. Sometimes hitting .210 and .220. Nothing like RL

Meh. Buxton was like a more talented version (more power) of Jackie Bradley Jr, outside of that ONE year where he put it all together. But he’d have spurts and then be garbage for way more than his spurts.

I’ve told you I usually only want something until I have it. I’ve shared some potential stories. I definitely have a dead part inside. But also, my older brother, while nothing like me in many ways, is also a loner. Bad gene we got passed there. I think DP knows me best. You’re never going to burn me on personal, as I already can see anything you can see. I feel good I got to the bottom of the Top 10% of Salaries in the US. I haven’t had to go to a doctor in 20 years for anything besides mucus in flu season. I have a good kid that’s my best friend and I text with everyday. We’re all built different. Some dudes like me just get built way different lol.

Actually I go through fairly long periods where I don’t even have the urge to text someone. I’m a strange duck. I have a bunch of hot Arab chicks I could be planning to visit. My son benefits in this case as he’s going on 3 week European vacation with his gf with my usual travel money. As for my comment, it’s basically who cares if other teams failed too. NYY and Balt are great. Tampa when they’re healthy are going to be a Top team. The Red Sox are better than us now with some premium talent infusion on the way. I’m glad that a lot of the other AL teams are toiling. Touchdown. It’s not just us. Everyone feel better. Get an ice cream with a certain old guy.

Pretty cool small world stuff. I was always from Upstate NY. Not a big area around the capital. There were a couple guys like Kevin Smith and Ian Anderson that went to mlb a little before my son’s time. But he got to play with a couple dudes that may make the show. Danny Watson will probably make the NYY as RP soon. My son played with on a few teams even though Danny was as 3 years ahead. But a kid in his High School, a really good friend of his and frequent teammate. one year behind my son at his small private school, Eddie Yahmin, just got a full ride to LSU after tearing it up at Dayton, a lower D1 school. Looks like he could be a 1st rounder soon. Really good respectful kid. Cool to know you may watch him one day even if it’s not your kid lol. Anyways, yeah I know nobody cares, Spanky

Thanks. Was curious to know as I remember him being referred to as the Chosen One kinda thing. I think baseball hasn’t had one called that since Harper (which didn’t quite come to fruition even though he’s HOF) Vlad and maybe Wander come to mind as generational, but I don’t think Chosen one level was anointed. Wemby like that in NBA I think Can’t think of football comp. Trevor Lawrence was pretty highly regarded
