    Because there’s no 3B on the market. He probably declines but if he doesn’t you’re only committed to one more season Which is key because there are at least two guys in the upper minors who might be able to takeover in 2025 in Barger and Martinez. If Chapman declines it’ll be interesting to see how they fill third next year
