    We finally got a good look at Elvis Luciano today. Notes: - Sat 96/97 on the stadium gun - Fastball has a bit of run - He was just a thrower with the FB; really had no idea where it was going although he did incidentally paint one for a K - Showed no feel for offspeed pitches at all - One strikeout on a hanging breaking ball - Gave up two homers on what appeared to be really bad changeups or cement mixer sliders - Mickey Moniak sucks

    Yeah there is a way to put every FA on waivers. Just set the league system to rolling waivers, then change it back to open FA after the one cycle. Waiver order is reverse standings

    Okay I think starting with the draft this summer we will do something like: Rounds 1 and 2 = 6 hour windows with a clock freeze from 1 am to 7 am Rest of the draft = 3 hour windows with the same clock freeze No penalties for missing a pick will be necessary. I'm not sure there is any need to go all the way to 1 hour windows. Might as well just run a live draft through some online method or chat at that point.

    Not sure if I have posted or announced this, but I do think that 6 hour windows with an overnight clock freeze work a bit better than the 12 hour windows. Would there be any objections if we switched to that format for all future drafts? The missed window rule would change to: first strike, no reduction. second strike, 3 hour windows.
