Okay, I don't think anyone would refute that. Completely writing off any prospect who has tools or is having success in the minors is dumb. I root for the command guys too but it's pretty hard to shoot them up your list or get excited about them. Every once in a while one of them finds a way to really succeed at the MLB level but most of them end up as relievers, depth, swing-men, etc. For someone like Joey Murray the most likely path to MLB success might be for him to somehow add velocity, like it or not. Some of the stuff you listed is fairly insignificant at predicting MLB success though. There are composed college pitchers who hold runners amazingly, repeat their deliveries, don't walk people, have great pitchabilitt and movement, and throw 86 and have no chance of making it.

I would say that the specific opposite is true. Looking at FBv is like looking it EV. Focusing too much on things like pitchability, bulldog mentality, mound presence, and in certain instances even command/movement/pitch mix can be like looking at RBI. Crafty lefties can be fun because they succeed with less tools. It's perfectly fine to really like the successful crafty guys but on the whole, I'll take a system full of flamethrowers thanks.

You made a bet thinking you had a strong team. I was in the dispersal draft and have already firesaled. That I am outperforming you in the PRs is f***ing hilarious. Icing on the cake is that I somehow am losing above my weight class and have a top 3 lottery position - probably good karma for setting my full lineups everyday and not being a welcher in the politics thread, etc. Yes it does matter where you finish. You really want to give BTS a f***ing lottery pick? Be better. Eat more pig and drink more beer at home.
