Sure but it's understandable that his diet / habits / weight would regress a little bit.
Changing habits like that is hard and most of the time it's not actually a cold turkey or switch flip thing. I think most people that make big changes that stick probably go through a series of little regressions but they are able to dig in and get back on track.
You know, you see lots of people flip a switch and get in shape over a series of months but a good number of them just slowly gain the weight back over time.
This offseason will be the big test. Does he bear down again and come into camp in even better shape, or does he rest on his good season and come in + lbs?
