  1. No, half that probably. 30 pitches would be a lot. He's opening for Stripling I assume. Two clean innings would be a dream come true.

  3. Natural throwing errors are up and away (ball slips out) or down and in (hang on too long). Connor's is in an unnatural direction. On purpose!
  4. Phelps - catastrophic injury Yates - catastrophic injury Merryweather - chronic injuries, nearly a lost season Pearson - chronic injuries, nearly a lost season Borucki - injuries / performance, non-factor Chatwood - performance / sticky stuff decline Dolis - performance decline Castro - semi-serious injury for months Romano - mild arm injury earlier Mayza - mild arm injury earlier Stripling - two stints on the IL
  5. Right, the plan was always: - hold serve against TB by winning at least 3 of the 6 - beat up on MIN + BAL all month - hurt the Yankees
  6. no sweat joey wendle is a little nerd, he could never have done it
  7. i can't get over that ball 1 call to Choi.
  8. Joe West was sitting fastball on that first pitch.

  11. 98? Wacha is about to do the Wade Davis thing for the rest of his career isn't he
  12. Yeah, arguably. Particularly Davis and Leiter. Not higher than all of the other players but perhaps one, two, or three of them. I mean it's all the same when it comes to guys like Leiter, Pearson, Baz, and Meyer - any of the four could end up as the best of them.
  13. yeah it feels like some trash is coming late in this one
  14. Two straight games of Toronto not getting pitches clipping to zone and Tampa getting tons of pitches inches off the plate. Can it mostly be framing?
  15. Have to have a better game plan against Rasmussen. Just saw him so no excuses. Arozarena and Cruz getting the day off is a mild plus for Toronto.
  16. it was funny and innocent. i saw it this morning. insane that people are upset with him
  17. the fart sniffer thing?
  18. Pretty much. But you also need to list the names who never settled in.
  19. Pearson looks like complete s***, btw. Yeah he will hit 100 the odd time and snap off the odd good breaking ball but for the most part the guy is just pumping it in at like 98 and missing his spot by like one or two feet each time. He definitely does not look like a starting pitcher.
  20. ohhhhhh that's better thank you
  21. i was also under this impression
  22. So we have to cut down to 12, then there is a NPD, then after that it is a full dynasty with no cuts ever?
