  1. Rowdy Tellez is definitely not MLB material.
  2. Lol at the bad luck, what a season.
  3. Biggio no luck whatsoever
  4. I'd rather see a line up of.. Sogard Biggio Vladdy Tellez Grichuk Gurriel Jr Galvis Hernandez Jansen
  5. I met Lloyd Moseby after a game at the Ex in '83 I believe. Super nice guy also, actually talks to you, not through you. I also remember he was a lot bigger than I thought and from what you see on TV.
  6. What's the skinny on Graham Spraker? He's doing well in Buffalo with another solid start and he just turned 24. What's his stuff like? Any potential?
  7. What's this? You got a f***ing problem now fatman?
  8. I don't think you get it. If Thornton is going to be part of the rotation moving forward, he has to be able to overcome and work through these types of situations. In a year like this one, management has to see what they have in the kid.
  9. Did you give him props for bringing in Giles in the eighth yesterday?
  10. Jansen botched that, hit his glove on the fly.
  11. Got to give Montoya props for bringing in Giles for the four out save.
  12. I think there is something to this. Biggio appears to have superior strike zone recognition but hasn't earned the respect from MLB umpires yet. If he hits half decently over the next year and continues to not show up umpires, he'll earn the respect of the umpires and start getting those called in his favour.
  13. Nice move Montoya bringing in Giles now.
  14. We score 4 runs and Pannone walks the lead off hitter on 4 pitches. Just wow..
  15. Atta boy Sogard, two out and you are in scoring position anyway.
  16. It was clearly a hit and run that Galvis missed the sign on.
  17. Who missed the hit and run sign, Biggio or Galvis? I'm going with Galvis.
  18. Yup.. Home plate ump making an emphatic balk call on the positioning of his front leg. How the f*** can he determine if his front leg crossed the rubber? Secondly, the first base ump is in direct line to make this type of balk call. The way Hernandez made the call you would think all the base umps would be up in arms also. What a f***ing tool.
  19. Biggio looks really good at the plate.
