  1. Yup, those mid week night games in April and May should be anorexic.
  2. Throw in Bloss and Loperfido and they may bite.
  3. Nobody is signing long term with current management in place. Shatkins have long expired is the perception around the league.
  4. I don't there many people more upset than myself on what has happened to the ball club during this current regime. I'm as diehard as they come, watching 99% of the games no matter what. It's ****ing frustrating watching something that is so engrained in your life being run by these ****ing cucks, which I knew that's all they were 3-4 years ago. I know you know how long I've been complaining about Shatkins to the point where I was making myself and everybody else sick and tired of hearing about it. I seriously thought after last season that it spelled the end of at least Ross, but it sadly appears that Shatkins comes in a package. The renovations bought Shapiro more time, as I have to say he did a good job overseeing. Shapiro has decent presidential skills but building a quality ball club not so much. If he could just hire a GM that first and foremost is respected around the league and allow him to be autonomous, would be the best thing for everyone involved. Unfortunately, Shapiro is a stubborn **** who has to be involved in roster construction. He'll never come to accepting that he's not very good at it, as his resume would suggest. He had his chance this off season, but he decided to stick with Ross. Inexcusable and they both need to go, otherwise this club will be a hard watch.
  5. Rogers unfortunately has no vision when it comes to the ball club and its overall construction. They just like their corporate types that spew political vocabulary. Caring only about the bottom line is their downfall. They're not baseball club owners anymore after Ted's passing.
  6. Where's the option of firing Shatkins and Ed Rogers into the sun?
  7. You guys are quickly forgetting that the emphasis on this season is for Rogers to recoup the money spent on the renovations and more. They're not trading Vladdy or Bo this season in dreams that they get in to the playoffs and make a run. This is how delusional ownership and current management are right now. Vladdy and Bo will walk and we'll get a few comp picks, get use to it.
  8. Yep, like re-signing KK last off season.
  9. But how will this free up at bats for Wagner when Giminez starts every day at second base? I hope Bo is traded and Giminez moves over to short.
  10. Is the trade complete? How do you know Wagner isn't going also?
  11. They've already screwed it up big time. At this point, it's all about Shatkins continuously duping Rogers. What a f***ing shame.
  12. Shame on Rogers for allowing this pos to ruin our team. Shapiro has them all mesmerized.
  13. Holy s***, the Braves starter streak is alive. They really massaged the s*** out of that.
  14. It was scored a hit initially, then was changed five minutes later to an error. That's what makes it sketchy.
  15. Yeah I don't know, I've seen far more routine than that called hits. All doesn't matter now cause karma is a bitch, the streak is over.
  16. Lol at the home town statisticians charging the second baseman with an error on the Barger ground ball up the middle. That was really far from a routine play, pathetic. Got to keep that starter earned run streak of under 3ER, horrible display of professionalism.
  17. There's the quality start in the books. 88 pitches, does he come back out for the seventh?
  18. Francis could come out of this with a quality start, one more scoreless inning. That would be more that can be asked of him against this Phillie line up.
  19. Vladdy needs to knock that down at the very least.
  20. Wagner starting vs a RHP in a while it seems. All his starts in the past 10 days roughly were against LHP while Jiminez started vs the RHP. I guess the Forehead and Boy f*** Face want to see how Willy handles the lefties.
  21. It's looking that way. What other owners in their right minds would allow such a pivot after nine years of basically nothing with a top tier payroll? Something just doesn't add up.
  22. Ross will overpay for Alonso and shift Vladdy to third base primarily.
  23. Good player, hate his face. Hard pass.
  24. Ryan Goins is the Angels infield coach? He even sticks in retirement.
