    SRF is scheduled to pitch today in Buffalo. I guess he starts in the Yankees series starting tomorrow. Sanchez scheduled tomorrow night, maybe Sanchez gets pushed to Tuesday with SRF starting tomorrow.

    The 7 HR is a bit surprising but playing in the AL EAST is a lot friendlier than the AL WEST. For example, the HR he hit tonight probably gets caught on the track in the night air of Oakland.

    I'm just hoping Biggio's upper cut will play well in the MLB. He's not the biggest guy in the world and the league will adjust and pound the upper part of the strike zone. He's got great baseball IQ though and I'm sure he'll be fine.

    Yeah, that strike call to end the game was as unprofessional as it gets. These guys are paid to do a job, being a close game or a blowout shouldn't alter their umpiring. This is the MLB FFS.

    That HR to Upton was a bad pitch selection from Jansen. When a hanging slider gets hit hard but foul, anybody with common sense can assume they're getting a fastball next pitch. Come back with another slider or something off speed, especially when his slider has been mostly good tonight.
