    People really forget or do not know the reason this board exists is we were finally fed up enough with the trolls/dumbos on the MLB forum and 1 guy (Juiced i think) had the balls to go out and give us our own place to discuss baseball, away from idiots like TheDogg, Jays24 and others on my ignore list. Dude comes in here not knowing the board lore and thinks he’s an “intelligent poster” and that we’re “always attacking him” Good riddance Jays24, time to hit the IL. I really, really tried with you. But you fail to ever admit you don’t know what you’re talking about and when you’re wrong. Guess i’ll be saying goodbye to 50% of the posts on this board lol

    I think initially his plan was always to opt-out after 1 year and secure a longer term deal, but seems he might be stuck returning for year 2 to rebuild his value somewhat.

    We weren’t exactly expecting to replace Barger. Okamoto is the Bo replacement (much cheaper and slightly lesser player) although he’s actually been better than Bo this year. Also getting more defensive WAR at SS by not having Bo there.

    Imagine having both him and Vlad locked up, and not even knowing if you can rely on either of them anymore in year 1 of 10 loll we were very close to paying 70mil per year for Vlad+Tucker for the next 10 years
