  1. I agree with the general sentiment, however if its down to Jays vs Dodgers and he was still very split on his decision…. It could be a tipping point. Maybe he doesn’t want to play for a manager that can’t keep a simple secret like that? Imagine what else Roberts could leak about Ohtani’s recovery, injuries, personal issues, etc.
  2. I gotta try one in the states, because the one in Toronto is solid but nothing amazing.
  3. Nah it always has that weird taste/aroma to it. Like it came from a cardboard box.
  4. Yeah I guess your answer would vary based on which locations you frequent. I’ve only ever had Chik at the Yonge location so maybe the American is better. But I wouldn’t put it above Mary Browns. Then again, I also hate Five Guys which many people seem to love so maybe I just have different opinions for whatever reason.
  5. For me its Mary Browns Chik Popeyes - - - KFC Others
  6. Jesus what a doosh
  7. Wtf. You think he be sympathetic considering the whole “worked my way up from the mailroom” story. Who gives a bad reference anyways???
  8. I like both for different reasons. Tendies at Popeyes, Sandwiches at MBs. Their potato wedges are also pretty good. And its not a bad meal at the dome too now. You get the box with a sandwich and taters for $17 or something
  9. Soto only gets above 400m if he hits 40 homeruns this year IMO. If you’re paying that much for a bad OF then you need the power.
  10. Ohtani-san will be manning RF
  11. Even if he’s Teo in the OF, the bat is monstrous and he’d still more valuable there than being a full-time DH.
  12. True, I thought the same thing lol
  13. Pitching is extremely different from throwing the ball in from the OF a few times a game. Its Shohei Ohtani. He’s not gonna be a full-time DH in his early 30s
  14. He can play the OF. If he’s done as a pitcher, he will be a full time OF.
  15. Felt like this and the Suarez trade were both bad/weird trades by the Mariners. Both cheap players that could provide above league average offense, and they got almost nothing in return
  16. Even the projections don’t think he’s toast yet. If he gives you 3/2/1 WAR over the next 3 years its probably still worth it to keep him. Obviously he could end up being better or worse, but its not like we have any suitable OF in the minors to replace him.
