    Yeah I don't understand it at all. What more does DS have to prove to make the team? Is the defense really THAT bad that they'd send a projected 110wRC+ bat to AAA when the team may still struggle to score runs?

    Yup. I still really really want them to punt Espinal in favor of having both Schneider and Clement on the team but I don't think it'll happen. Poor DS gonna get sent back to AAA

    Because then nobody cares?? They had several exhibition games vs other Korean teams leading up to this anyways. MLB has been doing this for a while, starting the season in different countries. It’s supposed to help grow the game globally.

    I think teams just wanna see some consistency. He hasn’t really proven he can toss 150+ innings per year. 2023 was a weird season with the BB rate. If he repeats his success for another year, he can probably sign something like a 5/150. He probably had multiple 4-5 year deals on the table this offseason for a lower AAV.

    The one I have used to be good, now freezes a lot plus everything is like 1-2 minutes delayed so i’d never use it for playoff games. Most of these iptv things turn to s*** once they start signing up too many people for the service to handle

    Its good for the price but tends to have a lot of issues with freezing/lag/bufferingz I’ve never been able to find one that works as smoothly as regular cable
