    What could they do though, really? Cueto & Leake were going to walk, they had to trade them or get left with their dick in their hands. And Latos just turned into a pumpkin overnight. I don't really blame them for seeing what they have in these guys, at least one of them looks like a piece for the future. They really should have traded Chapman, though.

    SSS Home field advantage is a real thing, most teams have a significantly better record at home. Ergo, it is an advantage to face the wild card team, as you would hold home field advantage in every case.

    We already have home field advantage locked up for the ALDS and WS. One additional home game in the ALCS, and only if we play KC... that's all that's at stake here.
