Maybe it is something they do to get themselves involved in the game cuz most of the times booing seems spur on the player rather than the reverse. Anyway, this is the first time I have seen it affect someone to the extent he showed in the dugout after the play. I think his feelings were really hurt cuz in his mind he never did anything consciously to hurt the team while he was here and he felt comfortable being with the Jays. To get this sort of reaction from Toronto fans must have been a real eye-opener for him.
Anyway, he has to come to grips with booing and not let it affect him to that extent. If he cannot do that he must learn to at least hide those emotions from the crowd cuz most likely it will only intensify especially when fans become aware of it.
