Pretty long list though and a good season to need to sign one or two pitchers. Who from this list should we give 15 mil or so to. I think we need 2! I'd go for Zimmermann and shark if you can get a discount...might be a nervous off season as waiting it out could be the best option to find some deals. Holland and Dyson have now embarrassed themselves on the field (which is fine, baseball is tough) and off the field (which isn't as they look like complete bitches). If we get eliminated I can only hope we tip our caps and don't cry like bitches about it.

A little off topic, but got me thinking about trades and off season.....and realized it's almost Novemebr, and the off season is almost about to get into full swing, and then 3 months later it's spring training. Which to me seems so fast because we usually have been talking about the off season on August 1st...and then it seems to take forever to get to and through. Another benefit of post season baseball!

F I'm actually surprised it's that low, makes me feel a team is due to do it and if anyone can its this Jays team. Beat Cueto, then destroy chris young and were good to go.

I refuse to watch the series...a minor protest that will do no good, but f*** MLB for giving the Jays ALL the s***** time slots. I know my protest is pathetic and I'll likely miss a great series but my kids say I'm watching enough baseball anyway so I got that support at least.

Going down 0-2 to KC is a lot different then 0-2 to the garbage Rangers with Perez and Holland lined up. Today we need Price to dominate! Make us not care ever again about giving up Norris today Price.

In 20 years my first and main memory is Bautista slamming us to the ALCS. Might not mean he is the MVP but that home run and bat flip was so god damn legit he has to get my vote.

Hamels is the safe call, Gallardo would have been the correct call. Props to gibby for going with Stroman, the right call but not the safe call. I feel we are going to take Hamels to school today. Seen him once now and faced 3 lefties in a row. I'm guessing Gallardo is pitching by the 4th inning and shuts us down after that.

I agree with Gibbons decision. Imagine what people would be saying if it played out like this: Leave dickey in, Texas lefties pound him for 3 runs. Pull him in the 5th for Hawkins who gives up 2. The 7th and 8th the Rangers scrap out a run and we head to the bottom of the 9th leading 8-7. Pressure gets to Osuna and the Rangers walk it off. We go home to golf. This board: "what the f*** is ol gibby thinking? Losing the game with your best two pitchers scratching their balls in the bull pen. Fire the moron!" This was win or die. We now got our best pitcher to start game 5 with the bullpen ready to go.

I would have done Price today (pitching with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove), Stroman in game 5 feeding off the energy of a game 5 sky dome crowd...then the Dick in game one for the dickey effect next series.

Why is Sstroman not pitching game 5? Sorry I only read a few posts in here... Doesn't it make sense to go dickey for 3-5 innings, followed by Price, then the stro show in the dome for game 5?

Dear hockey fans/Jays bandwagoners... There is a reason baseball season is 162 games long, it takes a long time to sort out good teams from bad ones, not just 2 games, or 5 or even 20. Put the Phillies in the playoffs this year and there's a chance they win the World Series. You're going to hear this a lot, "the playoffs are a crap shoot." -

This s*** ain't over. We win Sunday and we got a chance. And if we lose, we lose. Playoffs are a crap shoot anyway. I'm just glad I don't have to listen to people laugh at me for being a fan of a team who hasn't made the playoffs in 22 years. f***ing hockey fans who think they know s*** drive me crazy. Today I had to teach the clowns how innings ( top and bottom) work. If your a bandwagon fan and don't know s*** keep your mouth shut. Rant over. But, this ain't over! Win game 3 and its on. Game 5 would be epic.

Stroman either dominates tomorrow or implodes due to being too hyped up. We win tomorrow and I'm very confident. Destroy Perez in game 3 and suddenly we are up 2 games to 1. Glad the game is at 9:30 pst. Wouldn't want to be actually able to enjoy the biggest game in 22 years.
