They should allow teams that want to go into non traditional baseball markets and set up camp, grow the game..... and when they do... they should be able to freely sign the talent they produce. If a team wants to set up a baseball academy in Uganda or Russia... let them.... and let them sign what ever talent they may produce.

Yes Angels would be perfect.... but that is another team that could make a mad run (though I doubt it). The Tigers might need some relief pitching... Some 10 to 20 Tigers system prospect would be great.

I don't know if Delabar's program is great or not,.... but I don't think it can hurt. I would put half the organization on it..... Just today I was looking up a pitcher for the lansing lugnuts who cam within one out of a perfect game. Kramer Champlin struck out 10, retired the first 20 batters he faced before a ground ball snuck through the infield.... he then struck out the next batter..... Anyway, I instantly wanted to know if he had any prospect potential, because I never heard of the guy........ 6'6" great off speed stuff... but said his velocity is not that great (or something to that effect).... I instantly thought... get him on the Delabar program.... give him a few more mph on his fast ball.....

I don't give a f*** if we are due for a streak... if it's probable or not..... if there is luck involved or not..... I just want one. A good long stretch.... 20-5 over the next 25 or something.

I would feel very comfortable locking Colby up for 3 extra years. The great D, power and walks. Make the Ks easier to take.

The real game changer in all of this is blood profiling. Not so much testing for anything specific... but there are certain parameters in the blood that should be in a natural range. Cycling is moving in that direction. -
I hope these threads are stored... so people can look back and see how pumped they were over so many scrubs... and wonder how they could have missed that guy that went at 25.

I'd go further and say that if EE plays a passable 3rd base. Start Lawrie at 2nd base until Reyes comes back. All you can do at this point is roll the dice.
