    We can't win this many games relying on 2-3 minor league starters. They're going to need to get creative. I LOVE Cecil in his current role... but if worst comes to worst they might need to try him as a starter again.

    Can't wait to see (a strike throwing) Luis Perez back in the fold. He'd be so valuable right now as a shut down swing man type of guy. Are there any updates on his status?

    The numbers are actually a little deceptive. In general Loup has been almost below average this year when you take his LOB% into account. Rogers: 66% Loup: 67.5% Cecil 77% Lincoln 78% Those are pretty average. Rogers and Loup have been terrible in key situations.

    But of course the pen stems from the rotation. Nothing you can do when your starters are giving us 4 innings a night. With that said though, Aviles and Snider make this team better. Means no need for Bonifacio or DeRosa (although he has been solid)

    We currently have: Ortiz, Rogers, Lincoln, and some other guy with a weird name that I can't remember right now. It's a thin bullpen.

    I know Snider is a huge bust... But you can't tell me Lincoln is more valuable. The guy is terrible. Snider could've been a solid 4th OFer/LH option off the bench.
