    Hey f***tard, you know about the neutral arbitrator that reviewed all the evidence and determined MLB's lengthy suspension was justified? Are you saying that experienced and highly qualified person, selected / agreed upon by both MLB and Bauer to review the facts of the matter, is wrong? Based on what, your own biased opinion? You are well known as a woman hater on here. Unlike you, I'm not swayed from the arbitrator's decision by a crafted, factually incomplete narrative by Bauer designed to rehabilitate his image.

    Here's your answer: Currently pitching for the Yokohama DeNA BayStars of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball, Bauer could theoretically sue MLB over his suspension and loss of millions of dollars. He could argue he was punished for conduct he never committed, and that MLB should not have found the allegations against him credible. But Bauer would face long odds. Federal law instructs courts to review arbitration awards, especially those governed by a labor agreement, with high deference. Bauer’s arbitration followed a process his union collectively bargained.

    There has been so little news on Franco that there can be no other guess than 50/50. And of course Bauer can sue MLB. The civil suit and countersuit would have no bearing on whether he can get back on the field. Any team could have signed him to play for them in 2023, assuming he had an out clause in his Nippon league deal.

    Everytime a player gets in trouble off field I have been consistent in saying let the process play itself out. Unlike those on here that say Bauer is innocent, the woman should be in jail, and Franco is guilty.

    Not at all, I am just providing balance against all the incels on here painting Bauer as a victim and the woman as the perpetrator. The reality, as Terminator expressed it, is very gray.

    The only victimization of Bauer here may be from MLB's lengthy suspension. Not sure why Bauer does not sue MLB for loss of income, possible reason for not doing so is he does not want the evidence in the public domain.

    Even if there is, that would add up to nothing. Bauer sued for defamation, she countersued. They agreed to drop each other's claim, when her insurance provided $300,000 (presumably for her injuries and treatment). There is no indication of anything criminal on her part. If Bauer is going to sue anyone, it would be MLB.
