    Believe it or not I completely disagree. The initial reports or suggestions were that Franco had a long time relationship with the girl, dating back years. That seems to be completely false.     Have not been to DR in some time, but in 1994, Boca Chica was the sex capital, and in my estimation from when I was there, 90% of the sex trade workers were minors. I doubt that has changed much. To be clear, my buddy and I did not partake, we paired up with some Canadian girls at the resort.

    Also you are conflating the criminal justice system with the HR policies in the CBA. Policies which are consistent with other businesses.

    Bauer was suspended after a 9 month investigation. 9 months after the publicity when the allegations came out. Franco has not been suspended, as the MLB investigation continues. MLB has to balance its corporate image with its liability risk. No doubt they have a team of lawyers to help them navigate these things.

    It was just reported yesterday. Even with that he should be a target. The elbow issue affected last years numbers. He's easily a top 25 bat when healthy.
