  1. Let's see if he goes on a roll, racks off several good starts in a row. He's got it in him.
  2. Short career for him possibly. TJS in 2016, now this.
  3. Skubal flexor surgery, out for 9 months
  4. Will move Fulmer (21 holds) and/or Doval (17 saves) for prospect(s) All my relievers avail except Jimenez and Burke Heim also avail
  5. Yes, smells fishy
  6. Soto would be a Blue Jay
  7. If the playoffs are screwed up, by default the league champion is the 1st overall team
  8. Berrios had rough stretches with the Twinkies as well. He was called inconsistent when he was with them. Essentially this is the nature of Berrios / baseball.
  9. I've never said he beens good, but that there is no reason to suggest he won't revert to his historical performance. Do you disagree with this?
  10. Your evaluation is completely wrong. What stats are you looking at?
  11. The issue here is, Berrios hasn't met your expectations, that's all. Objectively he isn't far off his career norms this year. K rate is down, HR/9 is up, and BABIP is up. A little tweak in his delivery or pitch mix and he could be right back to the Berrios of 2021.
  12. But the rule says nothing about the path of the ball. If the throw is into the runner's path, too bad. Throw better next time.
  13. Sure if there has been a permanent change of some sort. Until we know one way or another, the expectation should be that Berrios will get back to his historical numbers.
  14. Take a look at his history during the past 3 years or so. That will give you an idea what to expect.
  15. Nah, I don't use ERA for reliever roster decisions. K/9, BB/9, and OBP is what I look at.
  16. Actually never had him in BORED. Dropped him on June 10 from BBDL, ugh. No add at the time, so needed room for someone coming off the IL.
  17. Can't remember when might have been earlier. Spanky will bring the receipts.
  18. BBDL and BORED, sometime in May Also dropped him, but then added him back, in an off board league I'm a brick sometimes
  19. JBJ over Zimmer. Who cares. /end discussion
  20. Not true at all. Roark had far more success than Matz, and flip a coin on whose numbers were better between Kikuchi and Matz.
  21. For every Ray and Matz, there's a Roark and Kikuchi.
  22. Yes I will move Glasnow for the right pieces edit - are you sure the poopster is who BTS wants?
  23. In a short series, any team in MLB can beat the Yanks, 'Stros, Mets, or Dodgers.
